For years, our Bass River home has been a hub of creativity, learning, and inspiration. We cherish the unwavering support of our patrons and dedicated supporters who have helped us create this vibrant cultural haven. We are excited to share our vision for the future, one that expands our reach without compromising our commitment to you and our historic Bass River location. Recently, the Cultural Center of Cape Cod partnered with the Town of Barnstable to activate the HyArts campus, comprised of four buildings in the heart of Hyannis. Through this public/private partnership, the HyArts Programming Annex will expand our impact without increasing our overhead and strengthen the Cultural Center for the future. The HyArts Annex is an exciting new chapter in our journey, and it opens up endless possibilities for our organization and community. Here’s why we are excited and believe you should be too.
DIVERSE PROGRAMMING
The Annex allows us to diversify our programs, reaching new audiences in the vibrant Main Street Hyannis area. The Annex will allow us to expand the scope of our offerings, creating a more enriching and inclusive experience for all.
UNIQUE ELEMENTS
The Annex introduces elements not present at the Bass River campus, such as live-work spaces for artists-in-residence and a stateof-the-art glass-working studio. These new features provide exciting opportunities for us to offer programs and experiences that are unique on Cape Cod. 16
