Our classes are thoughtfully structured to meet students where they are in their artistic journey. At Cultivate, we honor the growth and accomplishments of our students through Certificates of Achievement. For our K-12 programs, students receive a certificate at the completion of each class, celebrating their progress and creativity. For adult learners, we offer a comprehensive certificate program that acknowledges the mastery of different artistic mediums. These certificates are not only a reflection of skill development but also a recognition of the dedication and exploration each student brings to their artistic journey.

Budding Artists provides a balance of play and structured learning for children ages 5-6 With a storytime introducing an artist or artistic concept, children then participate in sensory-rich projects such as painting, beginner printmaking, and sculpture These activities foster both motor skills and social-emotional learning, preparing children for academic readiness and collaboration.
Nest & Nurture invites children and caregivers to create together in a nature-inspired environment Through storytimes and hands-on art projects, families explore the fundamentals of art and design while building communication, empathy, and teamwork This collaborative class nurtures both creative expression and deep family connections
Our month-long Preschool and Family Art classes are held once a week, offering a consistent opportunity for children to engage in creative exploration Each session begins with an inspiring storytime, followed by a hands-on art project The story and activity change every week, making each class a unique and imaginative experience

Each medium whether it’s drawing, painting, printmaking, fiber and textile arts, sculpture, or comics begins with Level A. Students are introduced to essential techniques and tools, focusing on building foundational skills, experimenting with materials, and becoming comfortable with the creative process. Cultivate's Teen Education Program offers a comprehensive curriculum that encourages critical thinking, technical skill development, and personal expression.
Aimed at teenagers from diverse backgrounds and skill levels, the program provides a foundation in various artistic disciplines and introduces contemporary practices that challenge conventional boundaries. Each course is crafted to develop artistic abilities and cultivate an appreciation of the arts as a vital means of communication and reflection.
We invite all teens for an open studio session! Work on projects from class or explore new materials, all with the guidance of one of our instructors.
This is a great opportunity to get creative, try something new, and receive support from our experienced team.
Our courses range from traditional techniques like drawing and painting to experimental mixed media and conceptual art, designed for clear progression but adaptable to individual interests.
Experienced artists and educators lead each class, providing personalized mentorship and insights into the arts industry, helping students understand both the craft and career aspects of art.
We emphasize collaboration through projects, critiques, and community exhibitions, creating a supportive network that enhances learning and fosters peer connections.

Cultivate’s Counselor in Training (CIT) program offers high school juniors and seniors the opportunity to develop leadership, teaching, and mentorship skills in an art education environment during our summer camps. This program is perfect for teens passionate about art and interested in working with younger students.
As a CIT, participants will assist instructors in our elementary art camps, help with class setup and cleanup, and support younger students with their projects. In return for their support, CITs will receive one free teen class for every elementary camp they assist with This is a valuable chance to build communication, leadership, and collaboration skills while fostering a positive, inclusive learning environment.
