Crafond has created a unique fusion of aluminium and a special non-stick surface. High thermal conductivity of aluminium and differentiated thickness make an excellent cooking vessel. Pans with Bakelite handles are best used on the hob. If placed in the oven, they can withstand temperatures up to 220째C. BODY
Crafond is manufactured from hand-cast aluminium, using top quality aluminium alloy. The high heat conductivity of the aluminium and the use of differential thicknesses in the various parts of the cast body guarantee rapid and even heat distribution, essential for perfect cooking. SURFACE
Crafond products are coated with a non-stick surface both inside and outside. The surface, a ceramic reinforcement, has perfect non-stick performance. It is applied in three layers; allowing for excellent adhesion to the alloy, and fantastic resistance to wear and tear. The soft curves and the non-stick protection make cleaning simple and easy, even after the most demanding recipes. BASE
The bases of Crafond products are finely worked with a diamond fitted to a lathe for perfection, flatness and better heat transfer on all cooking surfaces. PRODUCT OVERVIEW:
