Dan Clapson is a food writer and columnist in Calgary. He writes regularly for many Canadian outlets including Avenue, up! Magazine and Food Network Canada and is also a panelist for enRoute’s “Canada’s Best New Restaurants” awards. Heather grew up around good food, with both farmers and restaurateurs in the family. She ate Caesar salad at the restaurant where it was invented at the age of eight, and it was all downhill from there.
