Retirement Plans
Columbia makes contributions to the Retirement Plan for Officers of Columbia University for you as soon as you become eligible. Columbia contributes 5% to the Officers Retirement Plan, as well as a 1%–3% matching contribution if you contribute 1%–3% to the Voluntary Retirement Savings Plan.

Student Debt Solutions

Child care benefits are one way we help you take care of your family. Eligible officers can receive a contribution from Columbia University to a Dependent Care FSA.
Back-Up Care
We offer care for adults/elders or children, when normal care arrangements are interrupted, or when short-term care is needed, so you can perform your work responsibilities. You have access to 200 hours of back-up care per year.
