LIABILITY: BRS assumes all liability for damage or lost freight until product is delivered to the final destination.
RISK: Mitigate risks associated with trade compliance, tariffs, shipping fines, and more.
CLAIMS: BRS provides comprehensive claims management on any claims that arise related to acts of God or carrier errors.
SAVINGS: BRS leverages the benefit of Bunzl’s global negotiated rates and applies them to client partners:
UPS for small packages
Access to Bunzl’s chosen core partners (best in class domestic partners) for pallet freight
BILLING: BRS assumes burden of billing/accounting related to freight.
TRACKING: BRS proactively tracks all shipments and intervenes whenever necessary should “in store date” be placed at risk. Dedicated staffing with same business day responses.

LIABILITY: Customer assumes all liability for damage or lost freight from the point product arrives at designated distribution point to destination.
RISK: Risk associated with trade compliance, tariffs, shipping fines, and more, will fall on customers’ shoulders
CLAIMS: Customer manages all claims and reconciliation on lost, delayed or damaged goods.
SAVINGS: Customer receives their negotiated rates from their carrier of choice.
BILLING: Customer assumes responsibility for all billing/accounting and invoice reconciliation related to freight.
TRACKING: Once tracking numbers are provided, BRS logistics support services conclude. All tracking calls from individual stores will be redirected to the customer.
