We are always thrilled to get students out of the classroom to apply their learning in a real-world setting! In February, we were fortunate to bring Real Estate Club students to downtown Denver for a tour of The Dairy Block. We are grateful to our friends at McWhinney for providing our students the opportunity to ask first-hand the history of the development site, understand key financial partners, and elaborate on how the space collaborates with a unique tenet mix to offer guests a one-of-a-kind experience.
