Our Company Since 1986 C.S.Impianti provides to industrial companies its engineering services such as Basic and Detailed Engineering in the Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Chemical and Power Plants. In the years following C.S.Impianti started to supply also Skid mounted Units and Packages and has grown to become a medium size EPC Contractor.

Since 1995, in line with its spirit of innovation and cost saving, C.S.Impianti has been using 3D intelligent project design systems. After 20 years C.S.Impianti has reached top level competence in the most popular programs: Intergraph PDS, Aveva PDMS, Smartplant3D, Tekla, Smartplant P&ID.

Since 1997 C.S.Impianti is Quality Certified. C.S.Impianti management system complies with ISO 9001:2008. In the same year, C.S.Impianti was awarded its first EPC contract

Our Company Since 2000 C.S.Impianti operates in central Italy with its first Italian branch located in Fano. Fano is a small town located on the Adriatic coast, and is a strategic location for Pipeline, Pumping Stations and Compression Engineering.

Since 2004 C.S.Impianti founded and lead several consortiums, in order to provide integrated engineering services for Oil & Gas “Jumbo� Projects. The first was Polaris followed by Hexagon and Polimtech.

Since 2012 C.S.Impianti also operates overseas with its Canadian affiliated company C.S.Impianti Industrial Services and in Saudi Arabia with C.S.Impianti Arabia A new branch in southern Italy was opened in Val d’Agri (Marsicovetere) In this year C.S.Impianti founded and is actually leading COB Marine the most recent consortium created in order to develop EPC Projects.

Procurement Services & Supply C.S.Impianti provides Procurement Services as main Contractor, directly issuing Purchase Orders and Services/ Works Contracts, or as support to client project purchasing. C.S.Impianti procures goods and services from around the world, based on its clients technical specifications. The Company works to assure timely delivery of goods and execution of services in accordance with project schedules . C.S.Impianti continually updates its database of qualified Suppliers, and looks for the best quality & lowest prices on the market. All the functions of the procurement process follow Company Procedure and Quality/HSE guidelines.

Two plants of 30,000 barrels per day. Production of bitumen using Steam assisted Gravity Drainage (SAGD) Technology JOB DESCRIPTION: Polydisciplinary detailed engineering. The design has been developed using 3D PDMS Design System and TEKLA for the execution of the Structural design. To minimize the project execution it was determined the modularization of the Pipe rack: •  42 modules of Pipe Rack has been designed including all the construction, lifting and erection details •  The typical pipe rack module is composed by 6 frames with 6m spam, 15 m high . Total empty weight is about 37 ton. •  Each module is divided in 2 sub-modules: pipes are installed in in the lower level, while in the upper level hosts the cable trays. •  The connections between the modules are bolted type in order to allow a faster assembly .
