Dr. Chamberlain is an accomplished self-driven,
and motivated executive with a multi-faceted background. She has expertise in Human
Resources, Strategic Planning, Communication/
Visibility, Branding and PR, Change Management and curriculum development for large
conglomerates and family-owned operations in the United States, Caribbean, Belize, Central America,
and Mexico. She has built a reputation as a thought leader with a propensity for building, training, and
directing high-performing teams that contribute to
the attainment of overarching goals and objectives. She holds a PhD in Business Administration, a master’s degree in Global Management from
Phoenix University and a year in contract and
tort from the University of North Umbria. She has completed many specialized training
programs, including Leadership at the Centre for Applied Sciences in Geneva, Switzerland, Lean Six Sigma and Prosci Change Management Certification.
She continues to pursue growth through training and is committed to the growth and
development of companies worldwide but specifically in the Caribbean region. She is
an expert trainer in Human Resource and organizational development, Market Access Strategy, Customer Service. Teamwork and Leadership.
She volunteers on many Boards such as the Cancer Society, Mental Health Association
and is the Chairman of the Belize Coalition of Service Providers and a Board Member of
PFF Capital, a financial brokerage firm. She has taught at UWI’s EMBA program and the
University of Belize. She now serves as an adjunct lecturer for Galen University in Strategy formulation and analysis at the master’s level.
