Case Study 1 Client Requirement One of our clients from within the apparel industry required support and maintenance for their ERP systems.

The key scope of the project was to, • Maintain and customize their ERP systems • Develop an automated QA testing platform • Develop a business planning system for the apparel domain • ERP globalization of their Apparel domain • A complete and comprehensive QA for FlexPLM solution • Develop and maintain EDI transaction management engine • Develop a material requirement planning system for the apparel domain

Case Study 2 Client Requirement One of our clients from within the apparel industry required migration, support and maintenance of their existing ERP system.

• Complete ERP migration from VB 6 to ASP.NET (Web based).

• Migration and Development of new Business Intelligence platform and reports to support decision making.

• Enhancements to the sales and operations planning domains of the client’s ERP system.

• Implement EDI transaction using technology like Microsoft BizTalk.

• Integrate the client’s existing eCommerce site with the migrated ERP system.

• Develop an Enterprise Application Integration (EAI) platform using Microsoft BizTalk.

Visionet’s Key Achievement Visionet worked towards understanding the existing ERP system of the client, and then moved towards developing and implementing the client requirements in an effective and systematic manner. This helped to ensure,  Visionet was and is providing un-paralleled support and maintenance to the client their ERP, DBA, MS SharePoint, MS BizTalk and QA services.  Successful migration of the apparel ERP from VB6 to .Net which involved a team of approx. 110 professionals to manage the complete migration lifecycle.

Case Study 3 Client Requirement One of our clients from within the apparel industry across multiple countries required support, maintenance and administration of their existing eCommerce site. The scope of the project was to, • Enhance existing functionalities of the eCommerce site.

• Provide production support to ensure that all enhancements are implemented as required.

• Provide support to the eCommerce sites which were in place in US and in Europe (UK and Germany) • Provide migration support to the client’s sites • Provide support, maintain and administer the client’s product catalog where requirements further segmented given as, » Integrate product build with the catalog » Develop workflows for product description, features, document and video addition, defining cross sell and up sell relationships. » Interface the product catalog with the other systems including the client’s eCommerce site.

Key achievements include,  Continued support to the client’s global product system and eCommerce sites.  Resolved over 350+ service calls for eCommerce sites and 450+ service calls for the product catalog.  Successfully implemented multiple enhancements to both eCommerce sites and product catalog.  Integrated social commerce into the client’s site to ensure they stay at par with increasing demand for customer engagement and social sharing.

Case Study 4 Client Requirement Our client from the retail industry with multiple cell phone outlets needed to automate their phone-plan offer campaigns & order management through a centralized location. They wanted to publish the dynamically generated offers to various eCommerce portal websites & integrate the orders / sales with centralized Microsoft NAV ERP.

eCommerce Development, Support & Maintenance

Visionet’s Key Achievement Through the course of the project, Visionet’s key achievements include,  Successful development of Offer Management System (OMS) as a part of campaign management, rule engine and dynamic website generation with Search Engine Optimization capability.  Implemented BI reporting through COGNOS. This helped to streamline the existing process and statistical reporting with global visibility.  Through the automation of the offer management, publishing, order booking and shipment; the client has seen extensive growth in online presence of their business through their websites and web marketing channel.

Case Study 5 Client Requirement Client had a tight deadline to roll out their new website on a cloud based platform and needed help in testing all the features and functions.

Visionet’s Key Achievement Through the course of the project, Visionet’s key achievements include,  Offshore QA services that helped to complete the testing of the website in all aspects including their m-commerce site for mobile phones as well as cross browser functionality.  The offshore team was able to successfully create test cases and scenarios, and verified the application with 2 rounds of full regression given the tight deadline.

Case Study 6 Client Requirement Our client from within the retail industry was looking to develop a wireless infrastructure for CRM and customer care application for their brick and mortar retailers.

eCommerce Development, Support & Maintenance

Visionet conducted a thorough review of the existing processes of the client and achieved the following,  Developed web-portals for the stores and the shopping malls to define the promotions. This helped to stores and malls to target their promotions on those customers who were registered with them.  A customer portal was also developed to help the customers register with the stores and malls of their choice. This enabled the ability for them to receive promotions in the device and format specified by them.  Successful implementation of the system also ensured that delivery of promotions to the registered customers was possible through WAP, SMS, Voice, Email and HDML.

Case Study 7 Client Requirement Our client operates one of the largest online auction site in the US offering new, close-out, overstock and refurbished merchandise, needed the development of the backend application to define items which will be auctioned on their website.

eCommerce Application Development

Visionet’s Key Achievement Visionet team after conducting a comprehensive study of the existing system and gathering all the requirements, moved towards the development of the application through which following were the key achievements,  Successfully developed the backend application with the inclusion of a complete user profile management system. This allowed our client’s administrators and partners to define the products and price ranges for auction on the client’s website.  With the implementation of this application, not only our client was able to control and effectively manage the products and the prices but was also able to increase their offering of products in a short time span.

Case Study 8 Client Requirement A natural medicine online retail store, featuring healthcare remedies and nutritional and dietary supplements, required the services to build the e-commerce website of their store.

Visionet’s Key Achievement Through Visionet services, the client was able to benefit from an online presence on the web and increased its reach to customers across the world which previously was limited to only local customer. The eCommerce site was capable of managing the following,  Product catalog maintenance and listing.  Online order and payment processing  Implementation of a search engine which allowed the users to find the products on the website.  A customer account maintenance system was developed to handle the accounts of the registered customers.

Case Study 9 Client Requirement Our client from within the retail apparel industry was looking to enhance their existing eCommerce website deployed on Demandware platform that could help, • Provide similar customer experience on mobile based platform with features that were available on their existing website’s products page. This required mobile site optimization as well as UI enhancements.

• Enhance their capability to view better insights on user engagement on their website. Required implementation of third party social media tools to be integrated into the eCommerce site on Demandware platform.

• Improve on the order placement process so that users are able to use the gift cards along with other existing payment methods.

• Track and ensure data integrity of the integrated systems (inventory, merchant, distribution etc.) with Demandware to identify any issues during the order placement process.

Project Duration Visionet’s Key Achievement Through Visionet Demandware services, the client was able to benefit from a well-managed lifecycle of enhancements that were developed and implemented well within a given time frame. The eCommerce site now functions with the following,  Better business logic for its site processes using the existing Demandware UX Studio IDE that has helped to improve on the order and payment processing.  UI enhancements through development within the given Demandware environment that now gives same customer experience on both eCommerce website and the mobile site.

Additionally Visionet is in the process of developing an auditing solution with BI capability that will help the client to track integrity of the data in the integrated systems on Demandware platform.
