REEFORM Reeform reforms the interactive relationship between the human and the ocean. We want to create a place to shorten the distance between the ocean and people.

So there are two parts of our design. The upper side is for people activities, and the lower part is for marine animals.

Taiwan is popular with cultivating the oysters, but the oyster shells are regarded as trash often. We found that oyster shells contain with Caco3 which is helpful to decrease the ocean acidification.The oyster sells usually throw away nearby the sea, so it is eco-friendly for using the texture.

The Upper Part-Platform

There are two parts of the design. The upper designs to a floating platform for people activities. The lower part is a floating reef which made of concrete and oyster shells. Fish have the place to hide and the coral seed can breed, the sustainable coexistence starts with a new page.

Three different modular design can easily assemble, and the reef is made of concrete and oyster shells.

Development & Idea Concept Floating Concrete

The density ratio of water to concrete is 0.5 density.

Reeform can float on the ocean. The upper part is a hallow platform, and the material we used for the lower part is a kind of floating concrete that was made by a professional concrete factory.

Eco-friendly cycle

After years by the years, the mature corals grow larger and heavier. So, it is time for the professional diver to put the mature corals down the ocean bed.

The diver can replace the old reef with the new one. Due to the modular design, it is indeed convenient to stall it.

Since the reef with lots of coral goes down the bed, the old artificial reefs still support them with a home, on the other side, if the old one decomposes into piece fragments, it would not harm to the ocean.

First, when the CO emission out, passing through the Corning ceramic with low-temperature oxidation turned to be CO2. Then, by conveying the Catalyst, CO2 becomes to Ethanol. Hence, the Ethanol can be stored in the power wall providing the energy for producing the electricity.

CIRBIT The different volume of the drip bag shows a different weight on the Weighing. If the drip bag medicine is lower the average, Cirbit will light up. Also, the sensor which inside the Cirbit informs the nurses through the Bluetooth with shows on the computer.

In eastern countries, red colour usually represents good luck or something good happened. Our inspiration for this work came from Japan, which the country is fulled of different culture stories and experience.

After we did the research, finding that the wooden and redline were used in producing furniture. Therefore, we designed the chair with these two elements and small the size of the chair but it would not change the function, also these little chairs could be the decoration in the house.

Green Island

Outdoor Activities Dive in water In the vacation, I enjoy the outdoor activities, such as diving, or hiking. Last summer(2017), I travelled to Green Island, trying to challenge dive into the deep water. At first, I still concerned about the safety, after I reached the seabed. It really amazing and worthy! Seeing the ocean creatures makes me satisfied.

Climb the mountaint This summer(2018), I have been to Scotland, and Arthur's seat is the famous mountain there. So I climbed Arthur's seat, all the spectacular scene was under my eyes. After I backed to Taiwan, I challenged the scissor stone Mountain in Taipei. I love to outdoor activities in my free time.
