ANNOUNCING OUR COASTAL CATS
Redefining U.S. Cruising
American Cruise Lines is very pleased to announce our brand new Coastal Cats, a fleet of catamaran-inspired small cruise ships for the 2023 season. At a capacity of just 109 guests, these ships and their corresponding itineraries will blend the best qualities of expedition adventure cruising with the refinement, luxury, and land proximity of river cruising.

Each Coastal Cat ship will feature modern décor and 56 spacious staterooms, most with private balconies. Observation and sitting areas will be available at the bow. A unique swim/activity platform on the stern of the ship provides kayaks and a tender for local exploration. The shallow draft of the vessels allows rare access into small ports and ability to travel on almost any river or waterway. With land never out of sight, these new ships are a practical alternative to ocean expeditions, providing more time to explore each port.
The first of 12 planned ships, American Eagle and American Glory, will debut along the East Coast. Studio DADO, the Miami based firm responsible for the interior designs of our newest American riverboats, will be back to tailor an onboard atmosphere that evokes a sense of pride and appreciation for U.S. history. The choice of color palettes, furnishings, and art work will reflect the culture of New England and the Southeast.
AMERICAN SERENADE
Our Newest American Riverboat
American Cruise Lines is pleased to announce the 6th in our American Riverboat series, American Serenade. The new ship will debut in the spring of 2023 along the Mighty Mississippi.

The new ship showcases contemporary interior design elements and sweeping views throughout, including an awe-inspiring, four-story glass atrium. Also featured are many spacious lounges, the largest staterooms in the industry, each with a private furnished balcony, and all the finest amenities available in cruising.
