CRSOK Opens Tulsa’s
First 24/7 Youth Crisis Evaluation Center - YES Tulsa
Counseling and Recovery Services of Oklahoma (CRSOK) has opened Tulsa’s first 24/7 youth urgent crisis response unit called YES (Youth Evaluation Services) Tulsa. The YES Tulsa facility offers expanded crisis services to children and families to relieve the pressure from local emergency rooms and law enforcement.
If a child or adolescent is having suicidal thoughts, thoughts of self-harm or harming others, experiencing a severe depressive episode, or overwhelming anxiety/panic attacks, they and their caregivers can call or walk-in to YES Tulsa for help. Family/caregivers are included in the process and, once assessments are made, coordination and referrals are provided for the next level of care the child needs.
YES Tulsa is state funded by ODMHSAS and services are inclusive and accessible to all, at little or no cost to clients and their families. Call ahead for an appointment 918.779.HELP or simply walk-in.

$18,242 Donation!! 2023 Chili Bowl Nationals!
We are so grateful that the 2023 Chili Bowl organizers decided to include The CALM Center as a beneficiary of their 50/50 Charity Raffle which also benefits the DRC Legacy Foundation. Steve Hahn, Emmett Hahn and their family, who own the Chili Bowl, The Tulsa Shootout, and Creek County Speedway chose The CALM Center in memory of Gavin Creason, who worked at the Speedway before his tragic and untimely death in May 2020. Steve’s son and daughter are Gavin’s brother and sister from a different marriage and Gavin was very loved like one of their own. Gavin’s parents believe that Gavin may have benefited from The CALM Center while he was alive.
