Summer Camps continued Leaders in Training (LIT)
The goal of the LIT program is to provide youth entering 8th grade and above, the opportunity to learn the leadership skills necessary to be a leader at camp and in their community. LITs will work with a designated Day Camp Leader each week, as well as their peer group on leadership and age appropriate activities for their designated group of campers. LITs are limited to working with KIDVenture Explorers (entering 1-3 grades).

Trek Thru Tytoona
Spend the day in the underground of Central PA as you explore the Tytoona Cave Nature Preserve Area with an experienced local caver. Prior to the trip, there will be an informational presentation given to ensure your safety and the safety of the cave. Helmets and lights will be provided for use within the cave. As the cave lights up before your eyes, enjoy the coolness of the water that flows through the cavern and learn more about this world of formations that have taken millions of years to form.
