Greetings and Welcome to Our Friends and Supporters: It is with great honor and heartfelt joy that I welcome you to the 26th Friendship Luncheon, hosted by the Fayetteville (NC) Chapter of The Links, Incorporated. This year, as we embrace the theme "Crowning Our Legacy," we celebrate not only our enduring traditions but also the resilience and unity that have brought us back together.

This marks the first time we have gathered for this cherished event since February 1, 2020. The past few years have tested us all in ways we could never have imagined, yet they have also reminded us of the importance of connection, friendship, and service. Today, we honor the legacy that began with our first luncheon in 1995, more than 26 years ago, and reaffirm our commitment to continuing the transformative work that defines The Links, Incorporated.

Thanks to your unwavering support, the Friendship Luncheon has flourished into a beloved tradition and a cornerstone of our chapter’s mission. The proceeds from today’s event enable the Fayetteville (NC) Chapter to provide impactful programming across our Five Facets: National Trends and Services, Services to Youth, The Arts, Health and Human Services, and International Trends and Services. These programs address vital community needs and improve the quality of life for individuals and families in Fayetteville and beyond.
