We build parking structures that work for you—no matter the size, complexity, or end use. Our experience covers everything from small podium garages for residential and mixeduse developments to multi-level, high-capacity structures supporting airports, hospitals, entertainment venues, and civic centers. We know that parking is more than just a place to leave your car; it’s a critical part of how people experience your project, and we treat it with the same hands-on, high-accountability approach we bring to every job.
We self-perform key scopes—especially concrete and steel—so we control quality, schedule, and cost. Our teams are responsive, with experienced leadership on site and clear accountability from start to finish. We’re relationship-driven, working side by side with owners, architects, and consultants to solve problems early and keep your priorities front and center. Whether it’s integrating a garage into a mixed-use development, coordinating with active campuses, or delivering on tight timelines, we build smarter and deliver highquality results you can count on.

Allen, TX | $62.6M
We built the six-story Watters Creek Parking Garage in Allen, Texas, to support the busy hotel and convention center at the heart of this mixed-use development. Our team delivered roughly 1,000 structured parking spaces, directly connected to the 40,000-square-foot main convention hall. This setup gives hotel guests, event attendees, and staff easy, intuitive access—streamlining arrivals and departures, even during peak convention times.
We focused on durable construction and clear, logical circulation to keep traffic moving smoothly and safely. The garage’s design supports high-volume events, with wide drive aisles, efficient entry and exit points, and well-marked pedestrian pathways that connect directly to the hotel and convention center. Our hands-on approach meant we coordinated closely with the owner and design team from day one, aligning our work with their operational needs and schedule requirements.
Throughout construction, we self-performed key scopes to maintain schedule control and cost certainty, minimizing disruptions to the active hotel and surrounding businesses. Our boots-on-theground team made on-site decisions quickly, keeping the project on track and ensuring a high-quality finish. The Watters Creek Parking Garage is one of several projects we’ve delivered for this hospitality partner, reflecting our commitment to building smarter, reducing risk, and supporting our clients’ long-term success. This project stands as a testament to our relationship-driven approach and our ability to deliver solutions that are built around your priorities.

Crossland constructed a 408,366 SF parking garage for Baylor Scott & White, delivering 650 structured parking spaces to support one of the region’s busiest healthcare campuses. Designed for both efficiency and durability, the garage features multiple access points, clear circulation paths, and integrated safety systems to accommodate high daily traffic volumes. Built with long-term performance in mind, this project reflects our ability to execute largescale parking solutions in demanding, fast-paced environments like active medical campuses while maintaining uninterrupted operations and prioritizing patient, staff, and visitor safety throughout construction.

McKinney, TX | $180M
The Sunset Amphitheater in McKinney, Texas, is a landmark project designed to bring world-class live music and entertainment to the heart of North Texas. We’re building this venue in partnership with the City of McKinney and Venu.Live, combining our hands-on approach with the vision of a true destination for both residents and visitors.
The amphitheater will feature a state-of-the-art performance bowl with seating for up to 12,500 guests, including premium firepit suites and VIP areas that offer an elevated concert experience. The design includes modern concessions, artist support spaces, and back-of-house facilities to keep events running smoothly for performers, staff, and fans alike. The venue is surrounded by thoughtfully landscaped grounds, creating a welcoming environment for community gatherings, festivals, and major touring acts.
To support the high volume of guests, we’re also delivering a three-level, 5,000-space structured parking garage—ensuring easy, intuitive access and streamlined traffic flow for every event. Our team is focused on schedule control, cost certainty, and strong communication with all project partners, including the City of McKinney and Venu.Live. We’re coordinating closely with local officials, inspectors, and the design team to align every detail with the city’s goals and the needs of the entertainment industry.
This project is more than just a venue—it’s a catalyst for economic growth and community pride in McKinney. We’re proud to be the real builders trusted to bring it to life, with boots-on-the-ground leadership, on-site decision-making, and a commitment to safety and high-quality results. The Sunset Amphitheater will stand as a testament to what’s possible when you build smarter, work collaboratively, and put the community’s priorities first.

Over the past decade, Wichita State University has transformed its campus and educational approach through the development of the Innovation Campus - a visionary initiative that redefined the role of a modern university. At the heart of this transformation was a bold partnership between WSU and Crossland, united by a shared belief in the potential of applied learning and industry collaboration.
What began as an ambitious idea to convert a university-owned golf course into a hub of innovation has evolved into a nationally recognized model for experiential education. The Innovation Campus now boasts over a dozen new facilities, including research centers, corporate offices, and state-of-the-art academic buildings. These developments have not only altered the physical landscape of WSU but have also established a dynamic environment where students engage directly with industry leaders, gaining hands-on
experience that sets them apart in the job market. Crossland’s role in this transformation has been pivotal. By embracing WSU’s vision and contributing to the construction of key facilities, Crossland has helped create spaces that foster collaboration, innovation, and real-world learning. This partnership has been instrumental in positioning WSU as a leader in applied learning, attracting students and faculty committed to making a tangible impact in their fields.
The success of the Innovation Campus stands as a testament to what can be achieved when educational institutions and industry partners work together toward a common goal. Through strategic investment and a commitment to excellence, WSU and Crossland have not only enhanced the university’s offerings but have also contributed significantly to the economic and cultural vitality of the Wichita community.

The story of Pinnacle Hills in Rogers, AR, is one of vision, partnership, and transformation. What began as an ambitious idea has become a thriving destination through the collaboration between Crossland and the J.B. Hunt family. Together, we have delivered nine facilities totaling more than 1,000,000 SF, along with two parking garages providing over 2,000 stalls. The result is a district that blends Class-A office space, entertainment, hospitality, retail, and infrastructure into a vibrant hub for Northwest Arkansas.
From the beginning, this work has been defined by trust and collaboration. The J.B. Hunt family brought a generational commitment to investing in their community, envisioning Pinnacle Hills as more than a collection of buildings - it would be a place that sparks economic growth and enhances quality of life. Crossland matched that vision with expertise and craftsmanship, ensuring every project was delivered to the highest standard.
The scope of development is diverse, but the consistency of quality ties it all together. Office
towers attract top businesses with modern, adaptable workspaces. Entertainment and hospitality venues draw visitors and energize the area. Retail centers provide a home for both national brands and local entrepreneurs. Supporting it all, parking and infrastructure ensure accessibility and long-term growth.
Beyond square footage and statistics, the true impact of Pinnacle Hills lies in the community it has created. These projects have generated jobs, attracted investment, and given Rogers a distinct identity as a place to work, gather, and connect. Every milestone was reached through teamwork, openness, and a shared dedication to doing things right.
Today, Pinnacle Hills stands as a testament to what can be accomplished when vision meets execution and when partners treat each other as equals. For Crossland and the J.B. Hunt family, it is more than development - it is a legacy built on collaboration, quality, and trust.
