Crossland has extensive experience delivering parking structures of all sizes—from small 100-stall lots to complex, multi-level garages approaching 1,000 spaces. WATTERS CREEK PARKING GARAGE

Crossland constructed the six-story parking garage serving the Watters Creek Hotel and Convention Center, delivering approximately 1,000 structured parking spaces to support a highdemand hospitality and event destination. Attached to the 40,000 SF main convention hall, the garage was designed for efficient traffic flow, intuitive access, and seamless connectivity for hotel guests, event attendees, and staff. Built with durable materials and clear circulation, the garage accommodates peak convention traffic while enhancing the overall functionality of this large-scale mixed-use development.

BAYLOR, SCOTT & WHITE GARAGE

Crossland constructed a 408,366 SF parking garage for Baylor Scott & White, delivering 650 structured parking spaces to support one of the region’s busiest healthcare campuses. Designed for both efficiency and durability, the garage features multiple access points, clear circulation paths, and integrated safety systems to accommodate high daily traffic volumes. Built with long-term performance in mind, this project reflects our ability to execute large-scale parking solutions in demanding, fast-paced environments like active medical campuses while maintaining uninterrupted operations and prioritizing patient, staff, and visitor safety throughout construction.
