As we wrap up another busy year, I want to take a moment to recognize the incredible work our team has accomplished. It’s been a year full of momentum - and none of it would be possible without the dedication, skill, and teamwork that each of you bring every day.

This year, we completed several large projects that highlight our commitment to quality, collaboration, and client satisfaction. Each project represents countless hours of planning, problem-solving, and attention to detail - and it’s a testament to the professionalism and pride our team puts into every job. I couldn’t be more proud of what we’ve achieved together.

Looking ahead, we’re kicking off some exciting new projects that will not only challenge us but also position us for future growth. These opportunities give us the chance to expand our capabilities, strengthen our relationships, and continue building the foundation for the office’s longterm success. I’m confident that with the talent, energy, and dedication in this office, we’ll rise to the challenge and make the most of the opportunities ahead.

FROM FRAMING WALLS TO

Building a future Ean Thomas

Ean’s career with Crossland began in 2017 when he joined as a carpenter. At the time, the office was still small, with only a handful of employees. Within a year, his dedication and skill earned him a promotion to Field Engineer, and soon after, he was elevated to Superintendent. In just a year and a half, Ean advanced from the field to leading projects - an achievement that reflects both his drive and the opportunities Crossland provides for growth.

Over the past eight years, Ean has witnessed the Colorado division transform, playing an active role in shaping its culture through strategic planning meetings and field leadership. He has seen firsthand how the team’s hard work and tightknit atmosphere have fueled steady growth, while still maintaining the family-focused environment that defines Crossland.

His project experience spans largescale multifamily developments, including the recently completed 38th and Holly project. While proud of the

success and challenges overcome on those jobs, Ean is most energized about what comes next: his first fire station project with West Metro Fire. Before beginning his construction career, he worked as a wildland firefighter in Colorado, making this project feel like a full-circle moment.

This past summer was special for another reason - Ean married his wife, Qwynn, at the new Crossland Denver office. With the space transformed by string lights and draped fabric, it became a one-of-akind venue that made the day uniquely personal.

Outside of work, Ean enjoys snowboarding, hunting, camping, and playing pool competitively. He and Qwynn also share a love of exploring Colorado’s food scene, catching concerts and comedy shows, and spending time in the mountains.

From his early days on small teams to leading complex projects, Ean’s journey highlights his commitment, growth, and readiness to take on meaningful work.

Braden Scott

MOUNTAIN MOVES AND

Milestones

When Braden first stepped onto a Crossland site as an OSU intern, little did he know he was laying the foundation for a rewarding career that would take him across state lines. Now, as a Superintendent in Crossland’s Colorado division, Braden has found his professional home among what he calls “some of my best friends.”

The journey from Oklahoma to Colorado wasn’t just a geographical shift for Braden - it represented his desire to spread his wings while growing professionally. Drawn to the smaller, newer Colorado division, he seized the opportunity to build something special in the mountain state while developing his construction expertise.

Braden’s rise through Crossland’s ranks tells a story of determination and growth. From challenging first projects to his current role overseeing the completion of Centennial Senior Living, each step has added new dimensions to his skillset. Along the way, mentors like Andrew Trudeau have shared invaluable knowledge, becoming the first call when Braden faces tough decisions.

What makes Crossland special for Braden is the culture that has remained consistent even as faces have changed. In Colorado, he’s found a workplace that believes in its young talent, offering substantial responsibilities and trust early in careers.

Along with making sure the project stays on schedule and meets quality standards, Braden embraces Colorado’s outdoor playground. Whether he’s perfecting his golf swing, casting a line, or carving down slopes on his snowboard, he’s made the most of his new home state.

Life continues to evolve for Braden, who is engaged to Lauren, a dedicated professional who works with children with autism. As they plan their wedding, Braden reflects on his journey with gratitude, honored to be part of a company that feels more like family than simply a workplace.

Much MoreBeyond Denver

Our Colorado team is on the move - literally. What began as a foothold in the Denver metro area has steadily grown into a statewide presence, as the team expands its reach to serve more communities across Colorado. With major projects now underway in Colorado Springs, Monument, Loveland, and Glenwood Springs, we are helping shape the next generation of spaces where people live, work, and connect.

In Colorado Springs, the Centennial Storage project showcases Crossland’s ability to deliver high-quality, functional developments tailored to community needs. This 127,236 SF climate-controlled facility sits on a 2.9-acre site and features 836 storage units - 25 of which are ADA-accessible - along with an attached 1,236 SF office center. A 14-foot retaining wall along the west property line demonstrates the team’s expertise in adapting to complex site conditions, ensuring long-term stability and usability.

Up north in Monument, the TriView Administration is taking shape as a thoughtfully designed hub for the growing district. Blending modern architecture with purpose-driven design, this two-acre development will centralize TriView’s administrative and utility operations. With its clear internal circulation, accessible parking, and community-friendly layout, the project reflects Crossland’s dedication to building spaces that serve both function and people.

Further expanding our footprint in Loveland, we are leading the Phase II expansion of The Ranch Events Complex. This

ambitious project brings a 6,000-seat outdoor amphitheater, a new Youth Hockey and Sports Complex, and significant upgrades to the Blue Arena and Event Plaza. These enhancements ensure The Ranch remains a premier regional destination for entertainment, sports, and community events - driving local growth and connection.

And in Glenwood Springs, we are constructing the Home2 Suites hotel, a modern, energy-efficient property designed for today’s traveler. With its extended-stay amenities and sustainable design, it strengthens the city’s hospitality offerings and enhances guest experiences in the region.

From the front range to the western slope, our team is building more than structures - they’re building relationships and shaping communities across Colorado.

Copperleaf Apartments

Aurora, CO

443,084 SF

Crossland is proud to have brought Copperleaf Apartments from vision to reality - a modern, 330-unit residential community that blends comfort, style, and functionality. Sitting on 15.5 acres of Filing 29, this three-story, walk-up apartment development spans over 443,000 SF and features 11 residential buildings, each with 30 units and tuck-under garages.

Our team didn’t just build the buildings - we handled the full spectrum of work, including all infrastructure on the site. From grading and roadways to utilities and drainage systems, we made sure the foundation was solid, both literally and figuratively. This comprehensive approach ensured a seamless construction process and a fully functional, ready-to-live-in community.

Copperleaf is designed to foster connection and convenience. At the heart of the project is a vibrant amenity complex with a clubhouse, fitness center, pool-house, and pool deck, offering residents space to gather, relax, and stay active.

Practical features like a mail and parcel building, maintenance facility, freestanding garages, and multiple trash enclosures were thoughtfully integrated to meet every day needs while maintaining the community’s clean, modern aesthetic.

Crossland completed the project at a final contract of $75 million, a reflection of our commitment to quality, budget management, and client satisfaction. Every aspect of Copperleaf Apartments - from the residential units to the infrastructure beneath the surface - reflects careful planning, craftsmanship, and attention to detail.

The result is more than just a collection of buildings - it’s a community ready to welcome residents into a modern, well-planned, and enduring home. Copperleaf Apartments stands as a testament to Crossland Construction’s expertise in creating residential spaces that are both functional and inspiring.
