Welcome to the second edition of ‘Circular’, CRJ Services’ quarterly newsletter, encompassing our latest news and developments.

Firstly, I would like to wish everyone a prosperous New Year, and I hope that you and your families enjoyed a relaxing and enjoyable festive period.

2021 was a busy and challenging year for us all. We hope that 2022 proves to be a better year for every one of us and normality, as we knew it, continues to reappear into our lives. We have a fantastic team here at CRJ Services and I would like to offer my sincere gratitude, for everyone’s continued dedication and resilience throughout the pandemic

Despite the challenges, CRJ Services has experienced an exciting period of growth across all our four divisions, and to facilitate this we have invested significantly in our people, premises and systems. Most notably, in our parts business, we have constructed and fitted out a new 5000sq ft stores facility, which will allow for further growth, whilst servicing the demand we currently have. We have added an additional 17 people across all four divisions to support this growth, whilst improving greatly our existing processes and procedures.

Our hire division has passed the milestone of 100 active machines within the fleet. This is a great achievement and offers the opportunity to reflect on what has been an incredible journey for CRJ Services since our first hire, acquired back in 2002.

In recent months, our sales division has been showcasing the new hybrid version of the HAAS TYRON 2000XL 2.0 shredder, with a demo tour that has taken us the length of the UK. With the looming removal of the red diesel subsidy, this machine can assist our customers in their transition from diesel driven to electric driven technologies, whilst not compromising the performance of their operations.

As a result of the growth experienced within our hire, sales and spare parts divisions, our service, workshop and transport divisions have seen exponential rises in their business activities. Once again, it is thanks to our staff that we have been able to coordinate this upsurge and continue to provide quality levels of service per division.

As 2021 closed, a new chapter was opened in the CRJ journey. We were delighted to finalise a dealer agreement with the highly respected and renowned German OEM, JENZ GmbH Maschinen- und Fahrzeugbau, in late December. This further raises our offering and complements our existing portfolio extremely well. We look forward to serving all current and future Jenz customers in the weeks, months and years ahead We will be making further announcements across all social media platforms about how we are going to support this new Dealership over the forthcoming weeks.

Lastly, I would like to thank our customers for their continued support. We work in a great industry, with great people, and we look forward to supporting you in 2022; every step of the way.
