Meet Chef Jose Sarabia

Meet the newest member of the culinary team - Chef Jose Sarabia. One would hardly miss Chef Jose at Café Eight, as he fires up the live cooking stations at the buffet area, busily works around the restaurant, and makes sure all is well for the diners. As the Chef de Cuisine, his main task is to ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the hotel’s restaurants.

He has been around Europe, the Middle East, and 5-star resorts in Maldives such as Schloss Lehen, W Hotel Doha, Velassaru and Palazzo Versace. This Spanish chef also used to work with a 3-Michelin star chef Quique Dacosta and Bjorn Frantzen where he honed his culinary skills. Here in the Philippines, he was a freelance consultant for various hotels prior to joining Crimson Hotel Filinvest City.
