Warranty Keylink Fencing & Railing, Inc. warrants to the original homeowner/consumer that its consumer that its Vinyl products purchased, installed and/or utilized in the continental United States of America and Canada will be free from manufacturing defects as defined in the Lifetime Warranty subject to all the following conditions. 1. If during the lifetime of the original purchaser (and as long as the original purchaser is still living and retains ownership of the property) following installation of the Aluminum said product manifests signs of splitting, cracking, a discoloration due to normal weathering measuring greater than a delta E of 5 color units as confirmed by an industry standard color measurement device, rot, termite attack, and/or corrosion and if, after examination upon receipt by manufacturer of the alleged defective product, freight prepaid by Keylink Fencing & Railing, Inc. it is determined by Keylink Fencing & Railing, Inc. that the splitting, cracking, surface peeling, a discoloration due to normal weathering measuring greater than a delta E of 5 color units as confirmed by an industry standard color measurement device, rot, termite attack and/or corrosion is caused by, or results from, defective manufacture of the Aluminum, then, at its sole discretion, Keylink Fencing & Railing, Inc. will either refund or replace the defective material. If Keylink Fencing & Railing, Inc. chooses to refund, the amount will be the original cost of the material only and will not include any installation costs. If Keylink Fencing & Railing, Inc. chooses to replace the defective material, Keylink Fencing & Railing, Inc. will provide only identical or equivalent material at no cost to you and will not include or reimburse installation costs. 2. The lifetime coverage offered by this warranty automatically ends upon the sale of the property or death of the last of the original owners of the property at the time of installation. 3. Keylink Fencing & Railing, Inc. Lifetime Warranty expressly excludes the following: A. Unsatisfactory Aluminum performance including splitting, cracking, surface peeling, rot, termite attack, and/or corrosion caused by or resulting from failure to comply with Keylink Fencing & Railing, Inc. installation instructions and/or otherwise resulting from faulty installation of the Aluminum; B. Aluminum failure, including splitting, cracking, surface peeling, rot, termite attack and/or corrosion due to impact from any failure or unsatisfactory performance resulting from misuse of or failure to maintain the Aluminum and ny damage attributable to fire, excessive heat or other casualty, including, without limitation, acts of God, or exposure to environmental pollutants and chemicals. C. Aluminum failure, including splitting, cracking, surface peeling, rot, termite attack and/or corrosion resulting from movement and/or collapse of the ground or structure on which the Aluminum is installed. D. Aluminum failure, including splitting, cracking, surface peeling, rot and/or corrosion due to exposure to salt air. E. Fading of original color or aluminum failure, including splitting, cracking, surface peeling, rot and/or corrosion due to application or alteration of the products by paints, chemicals, or other substances not explicitly approved by Keylink Fencing & Railing, Inc. F. Fading of original color due to misuse or conditions associated with natural weathering processes (a discoloration due to normal weathering measuring less than a delta E of 5 color units as confirmed by an industry standard color measurement device). 4. Keylink Fencing & Railing, Inc. Lifetime Warranty is void if the Aluminum is purchased, installed and/or utilized outside the United States of America or Canada. 5. Keylink Fencing & Railing, Inc. warrants only those products which they have manufactured or fabricated. Registration and Claim Procedure: 1. All claims of alleged Aluminum defects shall be submitted in writing within thirty (30) days of discovery of such alleged defect. Claims shall be addressed to Keylink Fencing & Railing, Inc., Customer Service, PO Box 185, New Holland, Pennsylvania 17557. 2.No warranty claims shall be honored without presentation of this written contract and purchaser’s material invoice. This warranty and the rights created herein are not transferable by the original purchaser of the Aluminum. THIS WARRANTY STATES THE ENTIRE LIABILITY OF KEYLINK FENCING & RAILING, INC. WITH RESPECT TO THE PRODUCTS NAMED ABOVE. ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR USE IS SPECIFICALLY EXCLUDED AND DISCLAIMED BY KEYLINK FENCING & RAILING, INC. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL KEYLINK FENCING & RAILING, INC. BE RESPONSIBLE FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF NEGLIGENCE, BREACH OF THIS WARRANTY, OR ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY, AND SUCH DAMAGES ARE SPECIFICALLY EXCLUDED FROM THIS WARRANTY.

This warranty does not include slight changes in coloration due to the natural aging process. It also does not include any damage or failure due to misuse or abuse. • Long-lasting weather resistant textured powder coating finish in Black, Bronze and White • Heavy wall, extruded aluminum railing sold in boxed sections • Easy to stock, minimal space using boxed sections (3 1/2” x 3 1/2”) • Boxed Railing Sections include top rail, bottom rail, balusters, mounting brackets & hardware • Full complement of easy to install brackets • Currently available in 36” and 42” heights and 6’ and 8’ lengths • Step railing can be installed at 32°-36° using the standard step bracket • All railing sections are tested in accordance with the IBC 2009 and the IRC 2009
