Coupled with our outstanding attention to customer service, we take tremendous pride in the quality of our homes and communities. We recognize that purchasing a new home may at times be stressful and overwhelming. We have structured our selection process specifically to help reduce this stress. Our goal is to assist in guiding you through this decision making time with organization and clarity to ensure that your home suits your unique tastes and needs. In your sales contract you will find a section titled "The Selection Process Timeline". This section outlines the order and timeliness required in the selection process. Following this guideline will allow all of the building professionals involved in the selection and construction process to have the correct information at the right time, ultimately providing us the ability to build your home and move you into the community more quickly.
This option book includes material upgrades and option packages for selection and purchase. We have partnered with Livewire (a local home media, automation and security professional) and Richmond Decorating (a flooring, cabinetry and counter-top specialist). Each business will provide one-on-one sales attention and access to their showrooms. Both will be knowledgeable of the home you are purchasing and can offer guidance to help you customize your home with their extensive product lines. If your preference for appliances is beyond one of the packages offered within this book we have also partnered with E.A Holsten, a local supplier of Wolf, Sub-Zero and other high-performance appliances. An appointment to visit their showroom may also be arranged. Your Sales Manager will schedule a meeting with each of these companies for you.
lÉâÜ axã [ÉÅx Gumenick Properties also offers a Non-Standard Option (NSO) process for purchasers wishing to modify their home with custom options in lieu of - or in addition to - the choices offered within this book. As NSO's may be complex requests that impact existing agreements with our subcontractors, they are sold at a premium. Pricing will take into account (among other things) stage of construction, availability of materials, administrative time, costs, construction delays, and warranties. Your Sales Manager will guide you through the NSO process. Depending on the complexity of your NSO request, the quote may take as long as 2 weeks. . During this time you may be asked to provide clarification to help ensure that our understanding of your request is correct that that we are pricing it correctly.

Standard Options The options listed in this book are color coded to the availability based on the stage of construction of your home. Red Options are available at the listed price only before construction has begun. After this time these options must be priced through our NSO process. Orange Options are available at the listed price any time before drywall has been ordered. After this time these options must be priced through our NSO process.
Green Options are available at the listed price any time before your selection process time period has expired. Your sales agreement outlines a 35 day period after a contract is signed to make all final selections including the optional upgrades in this book.

Generator Packages All generator packages include a complete system including an automatic transfer switch, a concrete pad, natural gas installation, and a tutorial session.
