Editor's Letters!
Dear Mayde Creek Key Clubbers, My name is Lamia Elma and I will be your Head Editor for the 2022-2023 schoolyear. As the year comes to a end I am sad and excited over the new semester starting and the old one ending. I am so proud of each and everyone one of our Key Club members for their effort to complete their hours this year and manage to come to all of our monthly meetings. I wish you the best next semester and hope you will continue your stay here in Key Club. Lastly I would like to say Thank you to the 2021-2022 Key Club Officers team you have taught me so from the childlike underclassman I was nearly a year ago. Dear Mayde Creek Key Clubbers, My name is Helen Conde and I am serving as the MCHS Key Club Editor for the 2022-2023 school year. As the school year comes to an end, I would like to congratulate each and every single one of y'all. I am so proud of you guys for all the effort y'all have put in day by day. I would also love to congratulate our graduating seniors. Your effort, dedication, and hard work is finally paying off. I am so excited for what is in store for you all. I wish you guys the best of luck and thank you for all the hard work y'all put into our Key Club. Finally, I would like to thank the 2021-2022 group of Key Club officers and our sponsor, Ms. Higgins. Thank you guys for paving the way for all incoming Key Club officers and being such amazing role models. We hope to keep your legacy in tact. President’s Farewell Hey Key Clubbers! Wow, I cannot believe that my time in Key Club has already come to an end. Looking back, these have been the best four years I could’ve possibly asked for. I could not be more grateful for the memories that Key Club has helped me make. This year has truly been nothing but exceptional for Mayde Creek. From having two of my best friends, Fariba and Emily, become the first-ever students from our school to be elected to Division 3 West Lieutenant Governor and District Treasurer, respectively, to re-starting an annual tradition of attending LEDCON, I am so proud of everything we were able to accomplish, ESPECIALLY since we are now ranked 4th out of 335 clubs! As I look at the club I am leaving behind, I truly hope my impacts can be seen. Looking forward, I cannot wait to see what other great things our group accomplishes. Mayde Creek Key Club, thank you for allowing me to serve as your Club President, and for an AMAZING four years!

Vice-President’s Farewell Dear Beloved Mayde Creek Key Clubbers, Now as a graduated senior, I have finally been able to look back and reflect on those that have impacted me the most! Key Club has always been a significant part of my high school journey and I want to thank all of my members that made it truly memorable experience. Starting off as a member to Club Secretary and finally Vice President has given me the opportunity to grow socially and mentally. I am so thankful for my former officer team and their hard work along with our friendship that has been able to grow because of Key Club. I wish the best for the new officers and members with their future endeavors in Key Club. I also hope that those starting out fresh will find comfort in Key Club and also enjoy it as much as I did throughout the years!
