Credit Card Bill Pay Bill Payment is fairly easy to do and can be done through multiple channels, via mail as well as Online.

By Mail – send your payment by cheque, money order or cash to:

Step 3: Select the account from which the payment is to be made.

Step 4: Select the minimum due amount or enter a custom amount (minimum being $15.00) and proceed with the payment.

Forgot User Name/Password To recover your username, follow the steps given below: Step 1: Navigate to Username recovery page – Link.

Step 2: Enter your Account number, First name, middle initial, last name, last 4 digits of SSN, date of birth and select your state.

Step 3: Click “Next” button.

Step 4: Your username will be sent to your registered email ID or phone number.

In case you have forgotten your password, follow these steps to reset the password:

Step 1: Open password recovery page in your browser – Link.

Step 2: Enter Account number and Username, then click on ‘Continue‘ button.

Step 3: On the next page, you will be asked last 4 digits of SSN, Date of birth, card number and your Zip code.

Step 4: Click on ‘Next‘ button.

One the next page you will be given the option to set a new password for your account.

Activate your Card To start using your Merrick bank credit card, activation of the card is necessary. To activate your card, follow these steps:

Step 1: Open card activation page – Link Step 2: Enter your 16 digits card number, last 4 digits of SSN and your date of birth .

Step 3: Click on ‘Submit‘ button.

One the next page you will be given the option to set Username and password for your account.

Report Lost/Stolen Card In case your card is lost or stolen, it should be immediately reported to Merrick Bank. To ensure immediate action, call the customer service directly at 1-877-727-6881.

You would need to verify your identity by answering security questions for your account. Once verified, the customer support executive will deactivate your old card and reissue a new one.
