No Broker Mandates
At CCG, we recognise that time is critical. Traditional broker mandates, where borrowers must sign an agreement confirming broker fees, often this slows down the process. To keep things moving quickly, CCG does not require a broker mandate.
Instead, we simply ask brokers to provide written confirmation of their fee. This amount is then included in our Terms Offer, which the borrower signs. The approach has proven highly effective for many brokers, as it streamlines approvals and avoids unnecessary delays.
Remuneration For Brokers
At CCG, brokers are paid an upfront commission upon settlement. The broker nominates their fee, which is included in our Terms Offer from the outset, and commission is then calculated based on the loan size.
This ensures brokers are rewarded for introducing business, while borrowers benefit from expert guidance, ongoing support, and access to a broad range of lending options.

Becoming an Accredited Broker
Working with CCG starts with a straightforward accreditation process.

Complete our broker accreditation form. A member from our Borrowing Services Team will contact you to confirm your registration and to discuss working with CCG.
Accreditation is typically completed within 24 hours. Once approved, you’ll receive access to our broker resources and product tools and be provided with a unique accreditation code to be used with your submissions.
Our induction program and Borrower Services support will familiarise you with CCG’s product suite, credit process and compliance requirements.
Accredited brokers can submit loan scenarios directly via our borrower services team or your assigned manager. Our specialists provide quick, sensible decisions and hands-on support throughout the process.
This streamlined process ensures you can start writing business with CCG almost immediately, without unnecessary hurdles.

Working with Brokers
Our process is deliberately simple to keep deals moving:
1. Submit Scenario
Submit online or email info@ccg.com.au for an eligibility check and personalised rate or to your respecting Borrower Services team member
2. Receive Indicative Approval
Receive tailored terms within 24 hours. If suitable, complete and return the electronic application with supporting documents.
3. Assessment
We issue a Terms Offer, collect required fees, collect the necessary information and complete our due diligence in preparation for final credit assessment.
4. Approval
Credit committee issues a formal Letter of Offer for signing.
5. Settlement
Loan is funded through our investor network and settled, with funds advanced promptly to your client.

→ Current year rates notice all security properties (Not instalment notice)
→ 100 points of ID for each borrower on title (Copy of drivers licence, passport etc)
→ Copy of last 6 months loan statements for loans being refinanced
→ Copy of lease(s) for all security properties (If applicable)
→ Signed copy of Contract of Sale (If Purchaser)
Construction / Development / If applicable:
→ Copy of Development Approval
→ Copy of Building Approval
→ Signed copy of fixed price building contract
→ Copy of building plans and specifications
→ Full copy of the Trust Deed (If applicable)
→ Bank statement or other evidence of funds to complete (If applicable)
→ Completed and signed Accountants letter (For self-employed borrowers)
