Seaside Seabird Sanctuary

This 1.5-acre beachfront sanctuary is staffed by professionals and volunteers who rescue and rehabilitate sick, injured, and orphaned birds. An onsite avian hospital is equipped with emergency facilities, a surgical center, injury recovery areas, and an outdoor recuperation area. There are habitats for birds with injuries that prevent them from surviving in the wild and an educational center to share information about wild birds, their natural habitat, and avian medicine and rehabilitation.
