All classes require a minimum number of participants. If a class minimum is not met by the deadline date, the activity is subject to cancellation. We kindly request that you register at least five days prior to the activity or class.

FIT by Jill Do you need ACCOUNTABILITY and direction in your life? Register for this exciting program to help get you on track after the holidays! This eight-week program will help you reach your nutrition and fitness goals by teaching you how to exercise in the gym/at home, nutrition tips and recipes, along with accountability throughout the week. Join Jill Allen at the first group meeting where you will be given all the details of the program. You will sign up for the times/days that work for you. Mornings, afternoons and early evening spots available for your weekly 1-week small group workout. You will leave each workout with a printout of what to do on your own. ALL fitness levels welcome.
