If you’re wanting all the beauty and details that go into an elegant and affordable wedding ceremony without the large guest list and months spent planning, this is for you! Gather 22 of your closest friends and family, get your wedding attire and marriage licence, and show up! Perfect for couples planning a smaller wedding or for those who are renewing their vows!

For an all-inclusive price, we set up one beautifully styled space that you and your guests enjoy for 4 hours. Every Micro Wedding includes the cost of the venue, ceremony decor, food, flowers, officiant, and a wedding night hotel room. Your intimate ceremony and mini reception are exclusive to you and your guests.

Booking the Wedding Venue for your ceremony & reception means your day is yours to design how you wish! We provide the space for a 1 hour rehearsal. Wedding day access is for 8 hours. (typically from 4pm - 12am)

To make your day easy, we include the chairs, the ceremony set up, an arbour with decor options, our Gallery for cocktail hour and the switch over to dinner, white linens and black napkins. We provide a ‘Day of’ Event Manager plus bar staff. We also include the liquor licence, a complete bar setup with all glassware, and your SOCAN Licence.

frequently asked questions

1. Do we have to use your approved vendors?

No, you do not. We have a list of vendors who are familiar with our space, but you can choose who you wish. Additional fees may be applied in certain circumstances.

2. Can we bring in our own alcohol or our home made alcohol?

You can not bring in your own alcohol, or your own brewed alcohol. If you have a specific request for our bar that is not part of our list, we will attempt to work that out for you. A restocking fee applies. Check our current bar list with your event manager.

3. Do I have to pay the Open Bar Fee for Children?

Your per person fee applies to all persons who are 19 at the time of your Wedding. All guests under the age of 25 will be asked for ID. Those under 19 will be identified for the evening.

4. What time is last call and what time do we have to leave?

Last call for the night is 11:15. You and your guests must leave by midnight.

5. Do we have to pack up our decor and items on the night of our wedding?

Yes, you do. You can speak to your event manager about scheduling a next day pick up. These pick up times are booked and prepaid at $60/ hour with a minimum 2 hour charge.

6. Can we use lit candles as part of our decor?

There can be no open flame as part of your decor.

7. Is my Event Manager the same thing as a Wedding Planner?

No. Your Wedding Planner is deciding with you what form your wedding will take on – They design the Who, What, When, Where, and How with you.

The role of our Event Manager is to primarily execute your wedding, as opposed to designing it. They will bring your plan for your wedding to life. This is done in a more logistical way by bringing all of your details together, and making sure that the plan that you want is executed seamlessly in our space.

8. We would like to have extra guests come after dinner. Can we do that?

Yes. Speak to your Event Manager about capacity limits.

9. Can we have a Cash Bar, but run a tab for our Wedding Party, or Specified Guests?

Yes. Speak to your Event Manager about your list and she will coordinate it with the head bartender on staff.

10. Do you have a Bridal Shower Package?

Yes. Speak to our Event Manager about booking a bridal shower.
