Lee’s Summit area businesses committed to promoting character within our community. We are one of nine community groups that make up the Community of Character. Other groups represented on the Community of Character Council include: family, schools, city government, law enforcement, parks and recreation, media, faith and health care.

OPPORTUNITIES: Business of Character Visioning Team meets once a month to coordinate service activities between business members and the service organizations.

Youth Service Selection Committee coordinates a program that provides funding for teachers who need financial aid to take their class on a service project field trip.
