You’ve doubtless heard the phrase “it takes a village a to raise a child.” The point being that every interaction a child has with his or her brother, sister, uncle, aunty, oupa, gogo, family friend or distant cousin has an impact on that child’s life. I believe, in the same way, it takes an entire organisation to make a sale.

Let me unpack that a little.
