Design is all in the details of not only the layout of a space. This concept Directly corresponds with everything down to the materials. Jacksonville , FL
Itel’s Material Laboratory was a client looking to Enhance the corporate office by renovating the existing space. The main objective was to allow for the Employee lounge to serve many functions along with an uplift of the entry.
The solution was to have many different gathering spaces and seating at different heights allowing for multiple groups to congregate at once.
Itel, being a materials laboratory that utilizes proprietary technology to test,identify and price clients with specifications for insured property claims. Materials were of great importance along with durable furniture focused on carbon footprint.
Duval County Schools corporate offices. This project was mainly focused on the function of the clients current layout in space. The departments that were joining this area was IT and many of the operations development department. Each work space needed dual screens and the space needed to encourage collaboration. The end user wanted to use this time to forecast their wellness plan and allowed for each work station to have Height adjustable desk and ergonomic seating.
Executive suites were designed to transition into touchdown stations for employees as needed and for main offices for executive members when in office.
Workstations in the main area were used to promote movement within the collaborative teams, as well as allowing members to select their desk daily.
The National Park service located in Jacksonville, FL
This location is focused to be a spot for preserve rangers to stop and break, coffee and have meetings.
The space was meant to fit a number of rangers as well as serve for an emergency building.
