-Duval Country School Board this project strategized the layout and placement of the IT Department -Shultz (DCSB extention) -National Park Services (NPS) project continued, original lounge area for team members.

-Mizani Hotel a San Francisco based project with its clientele being professionals visiting the city for work and entertainment -Welcome Center a city run center located within the downtown Miami scene. Used to maximize capacity and mixed function.

Itel Laboratory Itel’s Material Laboratory was a client looking to Enhance the corporate office by renovating the existing space. The main objective was to allow for the Employee lounge to serve many functions along with an uplift of the entry.

The solution was to have many different gathering spaces and seating at different heights allowing for multiple groups to congregate at once.

Itel, being a materials laboratory that utilizes proprietary technology to test,identify and price clients with specifications for insured property claims. Materials were of great importance along with durable furniture focused on carbon footprint.

Duval County Schools corporate offices. This project was mainly focused on the function of the clients current layout in space. The departments that were joining this area was IT and many of the operations development department.

Each work space needed dual screens and the space needed to encourage collaboration. The end user wanted to use this time to forecast their wellness plan and allowed for each work station to have Height adjustable desk and ergonomic seating.

Executive suites were designed to transition into touchdown stations for employees as needed and for main offices for executive members when in office.

Workstations in the main area were used to promote movement within the collaborative teams, as well as allowing members to select their desk daily.

Timucuan National Park Services The National Park service located in Jacksonville, FL This location is focused to be a spot for preserve rangers to stop and break, coffee and have meetings.

The space was meant to fit a number of rangers as well as serve for an emergency building.

University Body of Works

The following body of work was collected while attending Florida State University, Interior Design Program CIDA accredited.

Project spectrum ranges from custom residential to high end commercial . All projects were scheduled and specified Standard ADA guidelines were followed, while executing clients layout needs.

Betsey Johnson Corporate Office Each corporate office project was selected by the designer student .

The office i choose was for the apparel designer “Betsey Johnson�.

The reason for this selection was the many different facets the office would need to preform. This criteria allowed for me to think beyond safe and predictable.

Walk-In clinic Health Care

The Health Care project given was a Walk-in clinic located in Tallahassee. The importance of this project was to understand the parameter of medical spaces, flows and equipment within an existing building.
