At Cranstons, our Master Butchers take pride in delivering premium beef sourced from trusted local farmers we’ve partnered with for many years. By working directly with farmers, we ensure exceptional animal welfare and unbeatable flavour.
Crafted with care, our steaks are hand-selected, expertly dry-aged, and cut to perfection by our skilled butchers. Bursting with rich flavour and tenderness, each steak reflects our commitment to quality.



At Cranstons, we dry age our beef for a minimum of 21 days in our specialist maturation chiller, where we control the temperature, humidity, and airflow. We hang hind quarters of beef on the bone, allowing the meat to mature naturally.
Over time, two key changes take place:
Flavour concentration – moisture slowly evaporates, intensifying the beef’s natural taste.
Tenderisation – natural enzymes break down muscle fibres, creating a softer, more succulent texture.
The result is beef with a deep, distinctive flavour and a tenderness that makes every bite more enjoyable.
