I’m a mother, business owner, and avid traveller who is proud to call Saskatoon home.

Growing up on a farm outside Hodgeville, Saskatchewan taught me that early mornings and late nights are all in a day’s work At seventeen, I seized an opportunity to live and work as a fashion model in Milan, Italy; through this experience I learned to push boundaries and embrace my independence.

I entered the world of real estate in 2008 because it felt like a natural fit for me. As a real estate agent, I’m able to join my eye for design, my experience in marketing, and my enthusiasm for helping others. I am every bit as passionate about what I do today as I was when I first started down this path 15 years ago.

Outside of work, I’m probably on the move: I love cycling, barre, traveling, and spending time outdoors with my husband, son, and three stepchildren

PRICING & VALUATION

Pricing your home is a crucial part of the home selling process.

When I do a market evaluation on properties, I base my pricing on hard statistics of sold comparables within the last year. I will research similar homes and calculate square footage cost as well as take into consideration any superior or deficient features of the home to come up with the optimal selling price.

Over pricing can be one of the biggest mistakes a home seller can make. If you overprice your home you will run the risk of losing buyers. A normal buyer will typically find a home to buy within one to two months The longer a property sits, that is when you start to attract the "deal finders" who will be submitting low ball offers

When a home sits too long on the market, potential buyers start to ask themselves "why hasn't this home sold and what is wrong with it?"
