We trust you’ll love our latest selection...
It’s an exciting time in the winemaking calendar as the buds have well and truly burst back into life after Winter dormancy. Our vineyard team have been keeping a watchful eye on the weather to protect the delicate new life of our 2025 grapes.
Our Spring shipment has been curated with warm breezy evenings in mind, showcasing some lighter new release wines and for those who love Le Sol, we have added some wonderful back vintages that are drinking well now but have the ability to age gracefully for another few years in your cellar. - Michael Bancks, Wine Experience Manager

TASTING NOTE:
Bright, pale salmon in colour. Notes of floral, ripe melon and crushed stones lead the aromas. A disinct savoury thread, with ripe red berries, pomegranate seeds and citrus peel. Moreish, glides across the palate, yet is bone dry and finishes with a clean, mineral line. A delicious and sophisticated release.

Brilliant bright red with a purple hue. Crushed raspberry and cherries with a flicker of white pepper and baking spices extend from the glass. A fleshy palate, with notes of bloody red plum and dried florals offers so much succulence that invites that second glass.

TASTING NOTE:
Deepest red with vibrant purple hue. Expressive cool climate Syrah with lifted notes of violets, fresh boysenberries, sandalwood and a hint of dried, peppered meat. The palate has a dense core of dark fruits beautifully integrated by acidity and fine, dusty tannins giving the wine a long, elegant feel towards the dry finish.
