The CPV Hiline range of pre-insulated pipe systems provides a safe and efficient method of transporting media whilst minimising heat loss or gain.

Dimensions and tolerances to DIN 8077 (Type 2(PP-B)):1994 with quality and testing performance to DIN 8078 (Type 2 (PP-B)):1994 – sizes up to 315mm
FLEX – Flexible PE-Xa Pre-insulated Pipe Service Pipe – PE-Xa corrosion resistant pipe in accordance with DIN 16892/16893 with diffusion barrier in accordance with DIN 4726 Insulation – Thermal, elastic CFC free foam insulation from cross linked PE-X with closed micro cellular structure with thermal conductivity coefficient of 0.0365W/mK.
Hiline-DarPex Service Pipe – PE-Xa pipe in accordance with EN ISO 15875 – 1,2 & 5 and compliant with DIN 4726. Insulation – Semi-rigid PUR foam insulation with thermal conductivity coefficient of 0.029 W/mK.
