Our history Charles Perry Partners, Inc. (CPPI) is a professional general contracting, designbuild and construction management firm with offices in Gainesville, Tampa, Jacksonville, Orlando, Fort Myers, Palm Beach, Lynchburg, and Savannah. Since 1968, CPPI has established a tradition of excellence by providing an impressive array of services for our clients. GOVERNMENT

This project consisted of a new transit complex for the City of Gainesville’s Regional Transit System. The complex includes a maintenance facility with capacity for 200 buses and an operations and administration building that will allow the current workforce to expand up to 450 employees.

This project was fully paid for by federal government funding. The administrative building is a LEED Silver project.
