Our history
Charles Perry Partners, Inc. (CPPI) is a professional general contracting, designbuild and construction management firm with offices in Gainesville, Tampa, Jacksonville, Orlando, Ocala, Fort Myers, and Palm Beach. Since 1968, CPPI has established a tradition of excellence by providing an impressive array of services for our clients. Our services cover a wide range, including project planning and modeling, budget estimating, cost management, project scheduling and construction. The firm is a leader in sustainability and is dedicated to the communities in which it serves.

Department of Military Affairs
Continuing Service Contract

CPPI has held a continuing service contract with the Department of Military Affairs for many years. More than 30 Level 5 ballistic doorway security projects have been completed at DMA facilities throughout the state as part of this contract, with many more in progress. Additional projects have included re-roofs, floor replacements, and armory inspections, with a renovation of the Camp Blanding Joint Training Center chapel set to begin construction later this year.
Department of Management Services
Continuing Service Contract

CPPI has held a continuing service contract with the Department of Management Services for many years. Projects completed as part of this contract have included renovations to food service, office, and administrative space, as well as HVAC and lighting equipment replacements, and roof replacements. Most of these projects were completed in occupied facilities, often requiring advanced security protocol.

As part of an ongoing contract with the Department of Management Services, CPPI has completed numerous project for the Department of Environmental Protection over many years. Projects completed include new construction, renovation, site work, equipment upgrades, and repairs for state parks and environmental sites. Recent projects include a new boardwalk at Manatee Springs, a new boat house and underwater observatory at Homosass Springs Wildlife State Park, and a complete reconstruction of the fort at Fort Mose Historic State Park.
University of Florida
Continuing Service Contract

CPPI has held a continuing service contract with the University of Florida for more than 25 consecutive years. More than 500 minor projects have been completed, virtually all of which have taken place in occupied facilities. Projects completed by CPPI for the University of Florida have included new construction, renovations, equipment replacement, infrastructure, food service, laboratories, classrooms, restrooms, athletics, and many other types of projects. Additionally, CPPI has completed continuing service contract projects for facilities owned by the University of Florida in St. Augustine.

Santa Fe College

CPPI has provided continuing services for Santa Fe College for more than 20 years. Projects completed by CPPI for Santa Fe College have included renovations, equipment replacement, infrastructure, food service, laboratories, classrooms, restrooms, athletics, and many other types of projects, virtually all of which have taken place in occupied facilities. CPPI has completed projects on Santa Fe College's Northwest Campus as well as the Downtown Campus.
