OUR FAVORITE MEMORIES FROM PACN SEASON My favorite memory this PACN season has to be being able to experience this season as a coordinator for the first time. It may have been cut short, but being able to do PACN from a different viewpoint was eye-opening. Having done 2 PACNs in the past, being able to spread the culture as a coordinator this time has a different feel from learning about it and showcasing it on stage. To the RURAL SUITE, thank you for being patient with me, Albert, and Kris! We appreciate the time and effort that you all put into learning Pasigin and Pandanggo sa Ilaw. We hope you take to heart everything that you learned from the practices and never forget it! To BIG HERO STICKS, thank you for the amount of hard work you put into Tinik! It’s amazing to have been able see how much you all improved since the beginning of Tinik workshops. Being able to see you run through the entire choreo just once was enough for us to believe that you would’ve killed it on stage. We have said this multiple times before, but we can never express enough how proud we are of you all! Kyle Camba Balmonte

I think my favorite memory was watching all the members audition for acting. From working with them during acting workshops to watching how much they grew was really admirable.

My favorite memory from PACN season was probably the PACN reveal. Before PACN season even started, I kept telling my ate “oh yeah sure I’ll audition for a role” especially since it would be her last PACN since she’s graduating, but as soon as the auditions came around I remember contemplating if I should even go because I was so scared and nervous since I had never done anything like this before. I remember getting to the classroom where they were holding auditions and I was extremely nervous but told myself to go in and to just do my best and whatever happens happens. Flash forward to PACN reveal and I remember the board going through the slide show and they had passed all of the supporting roles and I knew that there were only two female lead roles so I said to myself “oh well I guess I didn’t get a role but that’s okay at least I tried.” So when they called my name for Valerie I was honestly so shocked and just felt so excited for what was to come. When practices started, I would get my schedule for the week and although it was Monday-Thursday and for about 4-5 hours each day, including the dances I was doing, it didn’t matter because it was always a lot of fun. I would get home late everyday and stay up even later to do homework but I knew all the hard work and practice would be worth it in the end. I wasn’t active my first year in Barkada and so now that I am slowly getting more involved, I have already met so many amazing people and have started to hangout with everyone a lot more. It makes me wish that I had been more active my first year but it’s all being made up for now. My roommates are also in the play and it’s so much fun for the three of us to all be apart of something together. With how much fun I’ve already been having and all the great memories I’ve made this year, it only makes me want to be more active again next year.

This one Tuesday night, since I had class during the practices for the dances I was in, I had to learn like 18 eight counts total for two of the dances I was in. Then, after that I had more practice and learned another like 7! It was super exhausting but super fun:) Since I lived on campus, when I would go to late night Centre Point with some of the first years after! Seeing my adings join more dances and become more active and find their friend groups as the season went on:) Ryan Fredric Peji

My favorite memory in PACN is getting to work with all the actors this year as an Acting Director. Getting to see all the actors and actresses grow from workshops to practices was amazing. My favorite exercise was when we would do improv and seeing everyone’s creative and funny mindsets come to life was a blast to see. Some of my favorite moments in the play were the jungle cruise scenes and poggers. Shoutout to my actor mentee Paul, you were phenomenal as Jed. Justin Gabriel Angeles
