BRASSERIE BOULUD

Bringing the French brasserie experience to Dubai, Brasserie Boulud by Daniel Boulud (chef-owner of award-winning restaurants around the globe) presents an exquisite family style sharing set menu this Ramadan, blending French cuisine with Arabic influences.
Boulud’s very first restaurant in the Middle East is inspired by the French art de vivre and rooted in tradition. The spectacular art deco design theme is apparent throughout the venue, and eyes immediately gravitate to the soaring mirrored ceiling accentuated by modern chandeliers. Meanwhile classic neutral hues provide a modern and relaxed ambience. The open kitchen offers a multisensory dining experience as the chefs showcase their skills.
At the helm of the kitchen is Chef de Cuisine Nicolas Lemoyn, serving a menu inspired by the rhythm of the seasons and the finest ingredients. This month’s menu showcases Local burrata with crisp artichokes and pickled za’atar, Wild mushroom falafel, and Piquillo pepper and basil hummus to begin with. Mains feature Ouzi-style lamb shank, grilled Scottish salmon and green beans, and Prawn brochette with smoked garlic and lime. Warm date pudding with salted caramel makes for a hearty, sumptuous ending with coffee or tea, alongside Valrhona chocolate molten cake and an assortment of Baklawa.
Time: Sunset to 8.30pm Prices: AED215 per person and AED100 per child.
