CHRISTMAS EVE DINNER AT VILLA TOSCANA Villa Toscana’s decadent four-course Christmas Eve menu stars traditional recipes, showcasing a starter selection including lobster tail served on pumpkin cream and topinambur sauce, and hearty main choices such as veal tenderloin au gratin with herbs and wild mushroom sauce. Conclude with delicious homemade apple pie, served with wild berries ice cream.

When: December 24 Time: 7-11pm Price: AED450 inclusive of soft beverages and AED550 inclusive of bubbly, mixed beverages, grapes and hops. For a la carte customers, there is a minimum spend of AED300 per person.

CHRISTMAS DAY BRUNCH AT THE TERRACE ON THE CORNICHE Experience an exquisite festive brunch set within the vibrant, welcoming Terrace on the Corniche. Accompanied by live entertainment, the offerings feature specialities such as duck confit, seafood, herb-infused lamb loin, saffron pistachio rice and dynamic live stations. Wild mushroom risotto and oysters will be served to the table on unique pass-around trollies. The experience concludes with a sensational collection of indulgent desserts.

CHRISTMAS DAY LUNCH AT VILLA TOSCANA Starring flavourful sharing-style Italian dishes, the menu features starters such as seaweed salad, pan-seared foie gras and scallops. Continuing to the main course, take your pick from homemade gnocchi or ravioli, duck breast, seared turbot and lobster, before taking a trip to the stunning dessert room.

NEW YEAR’S EVE DECADENT DINNER AT VILLA TOSCANA A curated five-course menu awaits diners, with appetisers such as langoustine and king crab carpaccio with crispy prawns, and panseared foie gras with wild berries. Mains showcase wonderful tastes and textures in beef tenderloin “Rossini style” and slow-cooked lettuce. The creamy vanilla pannacotta provides a magical end, while the enrapturing live entertainment ensures that spirits are jolly.

NEW YEAR’S EVE SENSATIONAL SUPPER AT AZURA PANORAMIC LOUNGE Create ever-lasting memories,whilst taking in the views of the Corniche from the elevated terrace. Providing the perfect place to admire the fireworks and dine al fresco, the evening is complemented with live entertainment and culinary offerings such as a collection of salads, hearty soups, main courses, Mediterranean barbecue delicacies, and desserts.

NEW YEAR’S EVE IGLOO EXPERIENCE AT CATCH AT ST. REGIS Gaze at the stars through the clear dome of your very own magical private igloo, and savour a six-course menu and table grills. The celebration features four starters: amuse-bouche, obsiblue prawns and crab, sushi and sashimi and scallop foie gras. Entrées present two tempting choices of Wagyu tenderloin or toothfish, while the desserts of chocolate cherry forest and yuzu passion volcano satisfy every sweet tooth perfectly.
