THE FESTIVE SPRITZ The Weekend Spritz receives the festive treatment this Christmas, serving up five courses of Alba Terrace classics and seasonal creations. Feast on homemade Spaghetti Vongole, Panettone and warming, fresh delights from the poolside wood-fired oven. Diners can also expect an elevated selection of Amalfi-inspired concoctions, to be sipped surrounded by live entertainment.

CHRISTMAS EVE DINNER AT OAK ROOM The British rock ‘n’ roll steakhouse offers a curated, four-course set menu featuring the finest cuts and seasonal ingredients. Highlights include Roast turkey and Lamb loin with trimmings, amongst others.

OAK ROOM CHRISTMAS DAY BRUNCH The award-winning steakhouse treats guests to a seated menu of signature British dishes. Whet your appetite with an array of shared starters, choose a roasted entrée with trimmings, followed by desserts including flambéed Christmas pudding to share. End with an indulgent cheese selection and pairings.

NEW YEAR’S EVE

OAK ROOM ROCK & ROLLA! It’s time to ring in 2022! To begin, bubbly and Oysters will be served in Library Bar, followed by a five-course dinner in Oak Room featuring Wagyu beef, Irish scallops and more from the menu curated by Michelinstarred Chef Tom Aikens. The evening is complete with live entertainment, the finest mixology and bubbly, ready to toast.

NEW YEAR’S EVE AT ALBA TERRACE A vibrant celebration in coastal Mediterranean style awaits guests. Live entertainment sets the tone on the terrace and poolside, with welcoming Italian bubbly and holiday Crostini. A live Burrata Bar features, whilst a crafted menu of six plates - designed to be shared - will be served to the table. Delectable desserts follow, with typical Italian mixes preparing guests for the countdown.
