Embark on a festive journey to the Orient at Asil, a restaurant located at the stylish urban hotspot Rixos Premium Dubai, in the heart of Dubai’s Jumeirah Beach Residence. Boasting an authentic fusion of Arabesque cuisine with a blend of Turkish, Lebanese and Moroccan flavours, diners are invited to feast on a selection of sumptuous dishes, including delectable new ones revealed just in time for the holidays.

Begin with Kayseri manti, a sublime hot starter comprising pockets of ground meat in pastry served with tomato concasse and a flavoursome garlic and yogurt sauce from Kayseri, Turkey. Follow this with a vibrant Prawn & tomato salad with plump pink prawns and sweet and juicy tomatoes, a dish from Bodrum, Turkey; and Duck kibbeh, a hot starter fashioned with duck confit from Lebanon.

Offering flavours for every palate, take your pick from an aromatic Tagine sea bream from Morocco, simmered in a sun-ripened tomato concasse with onion, bell pepper, lemon confit and black olives; or a luscious Lobster thermidor, a French classic cooked to perfection with a twist from Asil’s Head Chef.

Meat lovers can enjoy a juicy Turkish spiced Lamb kebab with a sour cherry sauce; succulent Short ribs with couscous from Morocco; or Crispy filo kebab from Mardin, Turkey. Another must-try is the restaurant’s Crushed potatoes, which is a popular Lebanese side dish with Levantine spices and a dash of lemon juice.

Complement your meal with winning beverages made with a medley of the finest ingredients and delightfully presented with a unique flair; as you sway to the tunes from the Oriental band.
