POSITION SUMMARY: The Events Manager works closely under the supervision of the Advancement Director to achieve all agreed upon Events related goals in the Strategic Plan. The Events Manager oversees the execu on of all CPC Events and Fundraising Events. The Events Manager develops and cul vates rela onships with donors, volunteers, church ambassadors, and church leaders to achieve Event goals.

KEY JOB DUTIES/TASKS/ASSIGNMENTS ● ● ● ● ● ● ● ● ●

Oversight and Execu on of CPC Ministry and Fundraising Events Maintain and update melines for events and oversee execu on Maintain and update procedure manuals for all events Work with Communica on Manager for crea on of Events promo on material In partnership with Advancement Director coordinate event mee ngs that include CPC staff & volunteers Oversee and develop effec ve database opera ons & repor ng involved with Event Recruit and oversee Event staff and volunteers Build Rela onships with donors, volunteers, church ambassadors, and church leaders who par cipate in events Coordinate with Chief Opera ons Officer for data input for all events

Experience - Must have previous experience in all aspects of the du es and responsibili es of this posi on - Must be able to work independently - Posi on requires working knowledge of Google and ability to master various Event related so ware for mailing lists, repor ng and tracking purposes - Experience with DonorPerfect and/or MinstrySync a plus Skills, Knowledge and Abilities - Highly detail and task oriented, and able to complete tasks with li le oversight - Excellent wri en and verbal communica on skills required - Ability to organize and mul -task concurrent projects 1/31/19 rr

JOB TITLE: Events Manager WAGES & COMPENSATION: This is a Full Time posi on, Salaried Exempt. Payment of wages will be every other Friday.
