Presenting Your CPAmerica 2020 Board of Directors In order to provide continuing oversight and management of the association, CPAmerica would like to announce the selection of this year’s nine directors, each chosen from an assorted representation of firms from each of the CPAmerica regions. These directors comprise the 2020 board of directors. Ernie Gelpi will be guiding the board this year as chair. He is the leading partner of Kushner LaGraize, L.L.C., headquartered in Metairie, La., and he will assume the role in the leading position from the outgoing chair, Sharon Thompson . Thompson, leading partner and managing shareholder of Hughes, Snell & Co., will stay on the board for the remainder of 2020 and will act as the immediate past chair. 2020 new board chair Ernie Gelpi
