Remaining animals will be released beginning Friday at 5:30 PM. All animals must be removed from the World Dairy Expo grounds by noon on Saturday, October 4, 2025.
Absentee Bidding…
If you are unable to attend the World Classic, feel free to contact the sale management or any member of the sales force. ey will be happy to assist and represent you at the sale. Also, sale will be broadcast live via www.cowbuyer.com with real-time bidding to pre-approved buyers. See further Cowbuyer information in back of catalog.
Mortality Insurance…
Full mortality coverage for your World Classic purchases is available through the Paula Bovre Livestock Insurance Agency. Contact Paula at 920-960-0655 for the necessary application.
Terms, Live Animals…
e live animals, whether physically on the World Dairy Expo grounds or selling in absentia, will be subject to the terms and conditions listed in the back of the catalog. e terms are payment in full sale day, unless prior written arrangements have been made with the consignor and/or sale management. Any animal selling in absentia is guaranteed to be in good health and condition at time of sale, and is guaranteed to pass all necessary health tests to enter the state to which she is going. ese tests will be performed at the seller’s expense. Buyer should contact seller ASAP to arrange health testing and shipping. Any animal sold in absentia under 4 months of age may be housed at the seller’s facility at no extra charge to buyer until 4 months of age, at buyer’s request.
Terms, IVF Sessions…
Buyer of each IVF Lot is purchasing rights to control the next IVF sessions until a minimum of 8 #1 or #2 IVF embryos are produced. Embryo grades are determined at the time of transfer if fresh embryos, or at time of freezing if freezing is requested by buyer. Buyer keeps all resulting embryos from these controlled IVF sessions. Buyer is responsible for all costs of the aspirations and mating sire decisions. Sessions o ered in the World Classic must be performed by a certi ed IVF facility or practitioner that is agreeable to both seller and buyer. If after 4 IVF sessions the guarantee has not been ful lled, EITHER PARTY can choose to call the sale complete and refund will be issued. e seller will then remit to the buyer a refund on pro-rated price based on original sale price. Example: Sale price of $40,000 on an IVF session would equal $5,000 (or sale price divided by 8) refund per embryo not produced in event all embryos are not produced. IVF ush histories available upon request.

The Larson family of Evansville, Wisconsin has been farming in southern Wisconsin for nearly a century. Focusing on three key pillars – quality, pride and family – Larson Acres is truly a superior example of modern dairy farming. Milking 2,800 Holsteins in both a conventional double-20 parallel parlor and a cross-ventilated double-22 parallel parlor, the herd averages 112 pounds of energy corrected milk daily, with a 4.68% fat, 3.4% protein and 56,000 somatic cell count.
In addition to stellar production records, Larson Acres has bred 130 Excellent cows, 16 Gold Medal Dams, 40 Dams of Merit, four Gold Medal Sires and 16 regional and/or national Elite Performer Award recipients. The cows play a pivotal role at Larson Acres, but the people are just as important to the Larson family, who open their barn doors to welcome community members, industry leaders, fellow dairy producers, international guests, school children and more.

An opportunity to expand the dairy experience of high school students with interest and experience in agriculture is what the Hellenbrand Lasting Legacy Award (HLLA) had in mind with its inauguration in 2021. This year’s winner, Mattea Quigley from Hastings, Minnesota, is a high school senior and has a diverse agricultural background. She is active as a participant and leader in many 4-H and FFA activities, has experience showing sheep, goats and dairy heifers, is a community volunteer who loves erce competition and always strives for improvement. She has aligned herself with 2 exceptional mentors, Tom Foss and Eric Houdek, from whom she has acquired knowledge and developed an interest in genetics, nutrition, dairy judging, and veterinary medicine.
Being the 2025 HLLA winner, Mattea Quigley’s dreams of being a part of the dairy industry, networking amongst dairy leaders, making connections, and owning a dairy heifer are much closer to reality and keep the legacy and dreams of Mike Hellenbrand alive. Mike and his wife, Linda, left successful business careers in New York City to operate City Slickers Farm in Cross Plains, Wisconsin, where hard work, dedication and focus grew successful partnerships with well-known dairy cattle breeders throughout the country, brought Hillpoint Partners animals to the colored shavings, and Mike Hellenbrand to many years of leadership at World Dairy Expo before his passing in 2020.
As co-owner and consignor of Ms Beth’s Alpha Beta-Red-ET, a Winter Calf out of the EX-94 Ms Ransom-Rail Beth-Red, with MilkSource Genetics, Ransom Rail and Laurie Fischer, Mattea Quigley has demonstrated exceptional showmanship skills while achieving great success with Beta in the show ring all summer.
The winner of the 2026 HLLA award will receive a calf donated by Vierra Dairy Farms of Hilmar, California. She will be a daughter from one of three previous World Dairy Expo Jersey Grand Champions: Stoney Point Joel Bailey, Bri-Lin Valson Spritz, or Rivendale VIP Eloise.
Applications for the 2026 award can be found at https:/hellenbrandlastinglegacy.com and submitted between October 1, 2025 and January 1, 2026.
