1. Call for Bids for the Headquarters Landfill Transportation of Rock Materials scheduled for June 26, 2024, at 1:30 p.m.

2. Supplemental Agreement No. 2 to the Local Agency Consultant Agreement with Columbia West Engineering, Inc. for Materials Testing Services to extend the expiration date to June 30, 2024, to complete work in progress.
3. Recorded Temporary Possession and Use Agreement with Kristina Schnebele-Bills for the South Cloverdale Road Realignment project to purchase 1,516 square feet and gain a temporary easement of over 225 square feet along South Cloverdale Road.
4. Contract amendment #3 with the Health Care Authority (HCA) to extend the contract until June 30, 2025, for the continuation and expansion of the Medication for Opioid Use Disorder (MOUD) in Jails Program. The additional compensation is $437,000.00.
5. Agreement with Columbia Land Trust to provide funding to support noxious weed control and revegetation efforts on and around conservation easements along Abernathy Creek.

7. Bid Award to Lakeside Industries for the 2024 Countywide Pavement Overlay project in the amount of $2,121,010.00. Also includes authorization for the Director of Public Services to approve change orders up to 10%, not to exceed $25,000.
8. Contract with Compass Construction NW, LLC for the Slide Creek Road Realignment project for clearing and grubbing, silt fence installation, roadway excavation, rock excavation, roadway construction, hot mix asphalt paving, culvert installation, hydroseeding, and associated work. The total amount is $278,901.82.
