Consent Agenda Agreements/Contracts/Bid Awards 1. Prospectus and Supplement No. 1 to Washington Department of Transportation (WSDOT) for the Erick Creek Fish Passage Project to obligate $2,053,000 in federal funds and to de-obligate $390,000 in federal funding and add $40,000 of local funding. The total cost is $2,503,000, with $2,073,000 funded through FHWA’s Promoting Resilient Operations for Transformative, Efficient, and Cost-Saving Transportation (PROTECT) Formula Program funding. 2. Supplemental Agreement No. 1 with Otak, Inc. for the Allender Road Stillwater Creek Fish Passage Project to extend the term of the agreement to December 31, 2024, and the 2024 Otak Billing Rates. The project is funded by the State through the Brian Abbot Fish Barrier Removal Board. 3. Addendum No. 10 to Agreement No. 15-2019 with PPC Solutions, Inc. for security services for Administration, Annex, Museum and Health Buildings, and Elections. The total amount is $127,946.
