Consent Agenda

Call for Hearings

1. Call for Public Hearing for the proposed amendment to the 2024 Budget for the creation of a new fund for Café Food Service scheduled for August 20, 2024 at 9:30 a.m.

Call for Bids

2. Statements of Qualifications from qualified consultants able to provide a professional service list to applicants seeking land surveying, civil engineering, geotechnical engineering, elevationcertificates, hydrologic and hydraulic analyzes, wetland delineation, habitat assessments, site plan preparation, and/or permit management scheduled for August 28, 2024, at 12:00 p.m.

3. Contract with Specialized Pavement Markings for the 2024 Joint Agency Pavement Striping project to install approximately 279 miles of centerline striping and 469 miles of fog line on various County roads. The total amount is $718,457.50.

4. Mitigation Credit Buy/Sell Agreement with Cowlitz Mitigation Partners, LLC for use of the Coweeman River Mitigation Bank to satisfy the wetland and critical area impacts of the South Cloverdale Road Improvement Project. The cost fortheuse of the mitigation bank is $21,995.00.

5. Mitigation Credit Buy/Sell Agreement with Cowlitz Mitigation Partners, LLC for use of the Coweeman River Mitigation Bank to satisfy the wetland and critical area impacts of the Allender Road Bridge Replacement Project. The cost for the use of the mitigation bank is $37,100.00.

6. Agreement with Debt Book for debt management software to be more effective and efficient in financial reporting and compliant with GASB (Government Accounting Standards Board) practices. The total will be $24,000 for the one-year period.

RCW 42.30.040 - Conditions of attendance not to be required. A member of the public shall not be required, as a condition to attendance at a meeting of a governing body, to register his or her name and other information, to complete a questionnaire, or otherwise to fulfill any condition precedent to his or her attendance. People may remain anonymous when logging on to Zoom by creating any name and email of their choosing. In a meeting, public comment willbe received, either or both, orally (raise hand in Zoom or use *9 on phone) and by writing. Note: Written comments may be sent to the Board at any time. For oral presentations, the Board may set a time for comments and speakers.

All matters listed with the Consent Agenda were previously distributed to each Board Member for reading and study, were available for public viewing, are considered items of regular County business, and will be approved, without separate discussion, by one motion of the Board of County Commissioners. An item may be removed from the Consent Agenda and placed on the Regular Agenda for separate discussion and voting at the request of any Board Member.

The Board of Commissioners may add and take action on other items not listed on this Agenda.
