4. Amendment No. 4 to the Personal Services Agreements with Day Wireless Systems for radio services and maintenance for one additional year for an end date of August 31, 2024. The total for all 2023-2024 agreements is $27,453.59, an increase of $592.88.
5. Solid Waste Management Local Solid Waste Financial Assistance Agreement with the Washington State Department of Ecology for operation and management of hazardous waste and recycling sites. The total amount of the grant is $484,254 effective July 1, 2023 to June 30, 2025.
6. Local Agency Real Estate Professional Services Agreement with Appraisal Solutions Northwest, Inc. to provide services pertaining to real estate appraisals and appraisal reviews for all property types that conform with federal and agency standards. The total compensation shall not exceed $50,000 and shall be in effect until December 31, 2025, unless otherwise terminated.

11. Completion Letter to Fire Systems West for the replacement of fittings and sprinkler heads at the Cowlitz County Event Center Indoor Arena. The final project amount is $61,071.33 including Washington State sales tax.
12. Contract with Oracle Products and Related Services hosted by OMNIA Partners, Mythics, to provide PeopleSoft Licensing and Maintenance for a three-year term. Total Contract w/ WA State Sales Tax $326,946.50.

18. Change Order No. 1 with Quigg Bros. for the Ostrander Road Culvert Replacement Project for the installation of a temporary bridge to provide a more efficient method of travel for the public and contractor instead of having to utilize the single lane gravel logging road. The change order increases the contract amount by $287,000, bringing the contract total to $2,744,651.60.
19. Change Order No. 2 to the contract with Quigg Bros. for the Ostrander Road Culvert Replacement project for water distribution due to the need for an increase in size of the HDPE temporary water line per Beacon Hill Water & Sewer District's determination. The change order increase is $11,590.66, including Washington State sales tax, bringing the contract total to $2,756,242.26.
